Abstract

Background: Type 2 diabetes is one of the major public health problems worldwide. It ranks third in the world in the mortality rate from complications of type 2 diabetes. Thrombin-activated fibrinolysis inhibitor TAFI is enzyme play major role in fibrinolysis resistant. Aim The current study aimed to investigate correlation between TAFI and develop T2DM complication and e study
association of TAFI G>A rs3742264 SNP ,study assumed that genetic variants that occur in the TAFI gene are associated with vascular damage patients.
