Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Psychological Capital and Affective Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mediated by Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction (Study in the Medical and Health Sector of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police). This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Medical and Health Sector of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, totaling 143 respondents.
