Background: Finerenone is a Non-steroidal Mineralocorticoid Antagonist. Finerenone can significantly reduce clinical manifestations and improve kidney function in patients of diabetic nephropathy with chronic kidney disease and shows its efficacy after its 1st dose. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of finerenone in management of diabetic nephropathy with chronic kidney disease.
