This study aims to analyze the role of BPJS employment in providing protection for workers in Bantaeng Regency and review it based on maqashid sharia. The method used is descriptive field research with a normative theological, phenomenological, and sociological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively.
