Abstract

This essay offers the results of an empirical investigation into how government regulations affect people's willingness to invest and save money. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of various government policies on how people save and invest their money, including tax benefits, interest rate policies, social security programmes , infrastructure development, and technological policies.
