Background: Pyelonephritis is one of the most common kidney diseases, and has serious complications.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the presence of multidrug-resistant Gram-positive bacteria in
patients with acute and chronic Pyelonephritis, as well as to test the antibiotic for the purpose of preventing
Gram-positive bacteria infections.
Methods We isolated and detected bacteria from the urine of 348 patients with nephritis in our hospital
from January 2023 to April 2024. All isolated bacterial strains were identified and tested by conventional
