Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether mcr genes are present among E. coli that detect class 1 integronintegrase gene (int1) from these sources and to evaluate the prevalence of E. coli that is resistant to E. coli from human and diarrheal cows as well as from environmental samples in Basrah province
