Abstract

The increasing reliance on Cloud Computing for large-scale data processing has raised significant concerns about data security and privacy, especially in the face of emerging quantum threats. Traditional Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) schemes, while enabling secure computations on encrypted data, face vulnerabilities against quantum attacks due to their reliance on classical
cryptographic hardness assumptions.
