Abstract

This research focuses on exploring the socio-economic factors, including; income, education level, financial literacy, and technological resources, in accessing e-banking services by the salaried employees in India. The advancement of digital banking in India in the wake of the government-initiated Digital India Campaign and advancement in technology has revolutionised the financial sector. However, in this study, it was noted that there is a correlation between the adoption rate and the level of socioeconomic factors.
