Quality of Life is a multidimensional construct encompassing perceptions of both positive and negative aspects of the dimensions, such as physical, emotional, social, and cognitive functions, as well as the negative aspects of the somatic discomfort and other symptoms produced by disease or its treatment. The impact of cancer is far more significant than the number of cases alone would suggest. A caregiver contributes the benefits of medical, social, economic, or environmental resources to a dependent or partially dependent individual such as a critically ill patient. Methods: A cross-sectional exploratory study was conducted among 190 malignancy cases, and their respective primary caregivers were admitted to a tertiary care center in the Wardha district. Data were
collected using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire to assess QoL across four domains: physical, psychological, social, and environmental. Sociodemographic and health-related information was obtained through structured interviews. Descriptive statistics and appropriate statistical tests were used to analyze the data.
