In order to study the features of the complement system and the effectiveness of immunocorrection for nephrotic syndrome in children in the Aral Sea region, we observed 55 children aged 7 to 11 years suffering from NS (nephrotic form of chronic glomerulonephritis) against the background of LD. Of these: 30 - NS with LD - group 1; 25-LD-2-group.
