The workshop we have been working on is about a Case Report of an infant, 5 years age. He has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy due to a periventricular leukomalacia, coursing with spastic tetraparesia which congenital aetiology. We made an assessment and treatment based on the brain-motor retraining according to Le Métayer. The final results we obtained in the brain-motor assessment and a consequent functional prognostic (potentiality) is Grade 3 (difficult function) or 4 (impossible function), which means difficult functionality, or impossibility to develop any function, respectively. The treatment was head to prevent joints deformities and possible luxation, muscular preparation for a better lengthening of muscles, obtain and maintain in the rest on elbows and also getting, depending on the levels of motor evolution, autonomic rolling.
