Resumen

Background: Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) remains a major global health burden, ranking among the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Despite significant advances in systemic therapy, including cytotoxic chemotherapy, targeted agents, and immunotherapy, survival in advanced disease remains suboptimal. This unmet clinical need has intensified the search for reliable, inexpensive,and widely applicable
