PREVENTION AND READAPTATION OF MUSCLE INJURIES IN ATHLETES

The readjustment to the sport activity takes place in the last stages of treatment of the muscular injuries, fundamental period so that the restoration to this activity takes place in the best conditions. It's necessary to consider aspects like the cause of the injury, the level, and the sport activity, that allow to program a plan of treatment determined, and adapted to the requirements of the physical activity of the sportsman, as well as to establish a plan of prevention of the same ones.
