Background: Toxic leadership is defined as a persistent pattern of destructive behaviors by individuals in leadership positions that harm employees and organizational culture. In nursing, toxic leadership undermines morale, increases stress and contributes to burnout and turnover. It is characterized by manipulation, hostility and disregard for staff well-being, making it a serious threat to healthcarequality and safety. Aim: To investigate relation between nurse managers’ toxic leadership behaviors and Job Embeddedness.
