Background: Nasal fractures represent the most common type of facial fracture, accounting for a substantial proportion of emergency and outpatient otolaryngologic and plastic surgery consultations. Despite their frequency, optimal management remains a subject of ongoing debate, particularly regarding the role and effectiveness of closed reduction.
