The co-infection of COVID-19 and pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) presents a significant public health concern, especially in regions with high TB prevalence. Both diseases primarily affect the respiratory system and share similar clinical manifestations, such as cough, fever, and shortness of breath, which complicates  timely diagnosis and management
