Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy on social anxiety, meta-worry, fear of positive evaluation, and interpersonal sensitivity in female students with social anxiety. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The statistical population included all students at the Najafabad Branch of Islamic Azad University for the 2023-2024 academic year.
