First, the research aims to catalogue the difficulties encountered by first-year school
administrators; second, it will utilise these difficulties as a springboard to generate potential
solutions to these difficulties. Content analysis was utilised to review the study's findings, and
the design was mostly based on several qualitative research methods. The gathered data allowed
us to classify the difficulties faced by school administrators into five separate groups. The worst
obstacle was the worsening physical state of the schools.
