Abstract

Background. Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) plays a crucial role in improving efficiency and service quality in hospitals. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of HMIS at Sawerigading Hospital Palopo using the HOT-FIT Model approach, which involves four main aspects: Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit.
