Case presentation: case n. º 1 is a patient with a year and 7 months of evolution and case n. º 2 is a patient with a month of evolution. Romberg test and Balance Berg Scale (BBS) were used to evaluate. Results: Romberg test was positive in case n. º 1 and impossible to realize in the case n. º 2. BBS scored 40 in case n. º 1 and 8 in case n. º 2. Both received specific and individualized physiotherapy treatment for balance daily for 15 days. Discussion and conclusions: after this treatment, evident improvements in the static and dynamic balance in both cases were obtained, being more remarkable in the case n. º 2.
