Abstract

Background: The aim of this study was to examine the adipokine (apelin, leptin, ghrelin) and cortisol hormone response and 
nutritional status of university students according to their tendency to orthorexia nervosa (ON) with anthropometric 
measurements.Methods: The study was conducted on a total of 100 university students of different genders (94 female, 26 
male) aged 18-25, studying in the field of health sciences, without any health problems. Participants filled out the demographic data questionnaire and the ORTO-11 scale during a face-to-face interview
