Gait and balance in Parkinson's patients: description and therapy

The person with Parkinson's disease has a characteristical gait which consist of rigidity, bradykinesia and lack of postural stability. So this is one of the most falls incidence groups whose consequences are specially important on them owing to the impairment and the posibility of new falls that it causes. In this way it's important to know the falls risk factors and the characteristics of the patology to prevent as posible the parkinsonian functional impairment or to manage it in advanced conditions.
