The present work studies the characteristics of knee's muscles in professional goalkepeer, with the purpose of having a better Knowlege about muscular biomechanic of the knee flexo - extensor muscles in this sample of subjects.
The collected data related of the type of muscular activity characteristic of this kind of players, as much dynamic (isotonic and isokinetic contraction), like static (isometric contraction) provide useful information to the physiotherapist as a muscular prevention, recuperation, and readaptation of the goalkeeper.
