Abstract

Background: The quality of nursing care is a critical determinant of patient satisfaction and health outcomes. Understanding patient perceptions provides valuable insight into areas needing improvement, particularly in diverse healthcare settings such as the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).
