Abstract

In accordance with the purpose of the study, namely to determine the effect of Empowering leadership, personality mediated by psychological empowerment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach to testing the hypothesis. The subjects of this study were personnel of the Human Resources Bureau of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.
