With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), this technology has changed the world in
recent years, especially in the global business landscape. This study aims to identify three
significant impacts of AI in Human Resource Management (HRM), and these areas include:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Performance and HR administration, and lastly, Talent
Development, Compensation and Benefits. These are the three important pillars of acquiring
potential professionals, measuring their performance and skills, and retaining them for the long
term via different tactics. With the assistance of AI, it supports HR managers and companies across
the world to increase their efficiency, manage their personnel, and gain more profits. In recruitment
and selection, AI helps solve several issues ranging from CV screening to candidate interactions
and providing prompt feedback to managers.
