Cancer remains a leading global health challenge, necessitating the exploration of safer and
more effective treatments. Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari), a medicinal plant known for its
diverse pharmacological properties, was evaluated for its in-vitro anticancer activity using
various solvent extracts. This study focused on the comparative cytotoxic potential of
chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, and aqueous extracts of A. racemosus leaves against HeLa
cervical cancer cell lines, employing the MTT assay to measure cell viability.
