Abstract

Introduction: One of the most common symptoms among women of reproductive age during menstruation is dysmenorrhea, which is typified by pain in the lower abdomen. In India prevalence of dysmenorrhea was (79.7%). At age 24, the degree of dysmenorrhea was less severe than at age 19. The most prevalent Pre Menstrual Symptoms in primary dysmenorrhea include irritability, sense of abdominal distension, nausea, breast discomfort, dermatological issues like acne, anxiety, mood swings, and changed appetite, headaches, posterior lumbar or pelvic pain, low quality sleep, diarrhoea, leg pain and headaches.
