Abstract

Job satisfaction has a crucial role in influencing employee performance, retention, and overall success of organizations, especially in the Information Technology (Health Care) industry. This research examines the distinct elements of salary structure, employment stability, interpersonal relationships among colleagues, and the equilibrium between work and personal life that impact the 
level of job contentment among employees in the field of information technology.
