background Acute leukemia related fatigue is a symptom of fatigue that is experienced by nearly all cancer patients. Coping is crucial to the care of patients with cancer and is an integral part of patients’ experiences in managing challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis and treatment. Aim:To evaluate Coping strategies and their effect on fatigue among acute leukemic patients.
Design: Quasi experimental research design was used in the present study
