An extense bibliographical review has been done in this descriptive rese-arch to get our aim; to detail these anatomic structures involved in the pathology, to describe the main ethyopathogenic aspects, to develop the trials and diagnostic spefic tests to create a complete and global treatment of the patient. Then, we concluded that there is a lack of precision in the pubic syndrome primary damage diagnostic, which resulting a generalization of the term pubalgia and the lack of satisfactory results in its treatment. It is essential to carry out a specific and precise treatment based on ethiologic factor determined in every case. As a result, sanitary professionals must have into consideration the diagnostic trials which allow us to value with a high precision and determine the estructures where the primary damage is.
