The current study test the ability of the following yeast strains: Naganishia uzbekistanensis M1, Pichia nakasei M29, Moesziomyces aphidis M36, Pichia kudriavzevil M64, Hanseniaspora guilliermondii M78, Hanseniaspora uvarum M85, Rhodotorula mucilaginosa M92 and Meyerozyma guilliermondii M120 to produce the LAsparaginase (ASNase) enzyme with the efficancy ultraviolet (UV) radiation at (2, 5, 10, 15, 20) minutes in stimulating its production.
