Abstract

Healthcare disparities in rural America remain a persistent public health challenge, characterized by higher rates of chronic diseases, limited access to care, and elevated mortality rates compared to urban areas. These disparities are exacerbated by socioeconomic barriers, geographic isolation, and systemic inequities, underscoring the urgent need for targeted interventions.
