Abstract

Background: This study investigates the utilization patterns of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
drug in the management of migraine and headache among patients attending the neurology
outpatient department of a tertiary care hospital in Bhubaneswar, India. NSAIDs, valued for their
analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, play a pivotal role in mitigating migraine symptoms.
Despite the prevalence of migraine, there remains a dearth of research on NSAIDs prescribing
trends in this context.
