Higher education that implements digital transformation can provide more
learning possibilities at lower costs and more effectively than before because schools
will have to spend less money on issues such as premises, facilities, and devices... This
article examines the opportunities and problems associated with digital transformation
in Vietnam's public higher education institutions.
