Abstract

Background: Early Childhood Caries (ECC) is a major public health issue, significantly impacting children under six. The COVID-19 pandemic altered dietary habits, oral hygiene routines, and healthcare accessibility, potentially influencing ECC prevalence. 
Aim: This retrospective study aimed to assess the prevalence of ECC among children aged 0–6 years post-pandemic (2021–2024) and evaluate contributing factors.
