Abstract

Forensic justice offers a fresh viewpoint that combines forensic science with the legal framework, improving the scrutiny and interpretation of evidence, while strengthening the reliability and effectiveness of legal processes. It is in harmony with the core principles of equality and the Law of Evidence, requiring steadfast adherence to regulations and improving accountability within the criminal justice system. In India, forensics plays a crucial role in post-crime investigations.
