Abstract

Aggression among school students is a growing concern, with implications for academic performance, mental health, and social relationships. This study investigated the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in reducing aggression among adolescents aged 14-18 years in Delhi NCR. A sample of 60 female students was divided into experimental and control groups.
