Introduction: Mandibular carcinoma, often referred to in the literature as squamous cell carcinoma of the mandible or mandibular malignancy, is an aggressive oral malignancy frequently associated with bone invasion and osteolysis. Accurate assessment of osteolysis is critical for treatment planning, surgical guidance, and prognostic evaluation.
