Abstract

The overall development of a country is achievable only when all sections of society progress together.In India, the condition of rural women remains concerning. One of the key global development priorities is creating livelihood opportunities for the rural poor. In Jammu and Kashmir, the situation of rural women has worsened over the past three decades due to persistent militancy, limiting their access to essential resources.
