PCOS is associated with various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. This experimental study utilized a prepost design with a sample of 30 women diagnosed with PCOS. Participants underwent a 6-week Mirror Work intervention aimed at enhancing self-compassion, positive self-affirmations, and body image.
