Introduction: Orthodontic treatment causes physical, physiologic, and mental stress, which increases nutrient mobilisation and consumption, elevating the person's nutritional needs. Orthodontists usually recommend patients to avoid hard foods that may cause appliance damage which in turn may affect nutrient intake. Thus the aim of this study was to conduct a survey regarding the lifestyle changes of orthodontic patients.
