Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) remains a leading global cause of disability, yet traditional interventions often fail to address its multifactorial origins. This cross-sectional study explores the roles of nutrition and physical activity in mitigating LBP severity, integrating theoretical frameworks from the Health Belief Model (HBM) and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT).
