Abstract

The rise of online retail has transformed consumer shopping habits, owing to the interplay of convenience, trust, and changing preferences. This study investigates customers' online shopping behaviour in various locations in Andhra Pradesh, focusing on crucial aspects such as security and trust, the impact of social contact and leisure activities, and the importance of website 
usability in influencing purchasing decisions.
