The study research looks at the relationships between corporate culture, transformative leadership, employee performance, and innovation in contemporary organizations. The research uses a cross-sectional survey with 300 participants using a quantitative study approach employees across different industries to understand how these constructs interact to influence organizational outcomes. The findings show that transformational leadership has a strong positive effect on organizational culture and thus employee performance and innovation.
