CREATION AND START-UP OF THE PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE: THE BUSINESS PLAN*

As the creation of enterprises is considered to be very important for our social and economic future, the promotion of high-quality enterprise projects has been currently very much impelled. We can specially point out the importance given to the creation of small and medium firms (known as pymes,the acronym for Spanish «Pequena's y Medianas Empresas»).
The fulfilment of a firm plan will let us analyze the viability of a firm project. Thus, that plan will be an essential tool for the set out and subsequent development of the firm. In the present article I lay the theoretical grounds for the fulfilment of a firm plan mainly focused on the development of our professional activity or, to put it short, the set out of a traditional physical therapy center.
According to the conclusions presented in the plan, the initiators of the project themselves, and others interested in it, will be able to decide not only about its beginning, but also about the need of modifying certain aspects in order to improve the profiting expectations of the project, avoiding any kind of improvisation.
As shown in this article, numerous organizations promote nowadays the creation of small and medium firms, through the development of interesting programmers.
