The authors propose a procedure of reeducation of the cough in patients with excessive tracheobronchial secretion. The goal is the control of the cough in patients himself with indication of inspiratory Volumen required. With the aim of indication of inspiratory volume required with the aim of obtain the release of bronchial muscle is useful to intercalate respiratory control techniques between cough series. This technique results in recovery of the compression and collapses of the airway during cough.
