Utilization of a Chain Exercise Closed kinetics for Physiotherapy of Rodyly Arthroplasty

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate and describe the utility of a new closed-kineticchain exercise to reduce the deficit of total knee artroplastia flexion. It was followed the same proto¬ col of treatment in forty patients and the objective and subjective results was evaluated. It has been obtained a better acceptance of the proposed exercise against conventional.
It has been also included a forces description that act on the knee during the open and closed-kinetic-chain exercise, to show its advantages and disadvantages
