The measurement of the effects that, through our work, appear in treated pacients is not always easy. This is a common problem to other sciences such as psicology, wich has given an answer to this problem in various ways. In the same way, these resolutions can help us, physiotherapists, to study possible options and methodologies regarding future research. The part of psychology the nearest to physiotherapy is that one that abroad everything related to perception, receiving the name of psychophysics. Psychophysics is the part of the psychology that studies the relation between physical stimulation and the psychological reactions that these stimulations generate in the person.
